fix(frontend): prevent calendar loading layout shift

  • add a reserved status row above the races list/calendar
  • route loading, error, and calendar hint messages through one stable slot
  • keep the slot height stable with BEM styles to avoid UI jumps
  • preserve accessible live/status semantics for loading and errors
