feature: improve admin directory and crawl progress

  • add Directory admin tab with server-side filtering, sorting, pagination, and row click-through to employee details
  • add configurable visible columns with a BEM-styled modal and localStorage persistence
  • add dashboard statistics for total, active, dismissed, new employees in latest run, and latest added employee
  • add crawl progress bars with polling for dashboard and runs pages
  • add manual crawl launch controls with protection against parallel runs
  • track new employees per crawl run via crawl_runs.new_count and migration
  • bump service versions to 0.2.0
  • update README and add API/admin data tests
